Important Legal Notice
By accessing or utilizing the Sorted Keys Service, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these operational guidelines, you are prohibited from accessing the Service.
Introduction
Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before utilizing the sortedkeys.com platform (the “Service”) operated by Sorted Keys LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned unconditionally on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, IT administrators, businesses, and others who access or use the Service.
1) Scope
These General Terms & Conditions shall apply to all operational contracts between Sorted Keys LLC and a contracting partner (hereinafter “Customer”) regarding the sale, delivery, and provisioning of digital software keys and enterprise licenses (hereinafter collectively “Goods”).
- Digital Goods: Software keys and licenses provisioned electronically, not existing on a physical data carrier.
- Service: The sortedkeys.com B2B and B2C e-commerce platform.
By finalizing and submitting the purchase order through our platform, the Customer legally agrees with these Terms and Conditions.
2) Contract Conclusion
The contract conclusion with regard to a purchase via the Sorted Keys portal shall not materialize merely with the Customer placing the purchase order. The Customer’s purchase order operates as the submission of a binding offer for contract conclusion.
Before securely placing the purchase order, the Customer is responsible for detecting possible input errors (e.g., incorrect email address, wrong software version) by carefully reviewing the data displayed during the checkout process.
3) Granting of Rights for Software
This clause strictly applies to contracts regarding the provisioning of software licenses and digital keys.
Upon verification and full payment of the purchase price, the Customer shall obtain a non-exclusive right to use the Goods strictly to the extent granted in the contract and explicitly determined by the software manufacturer (e.g., Microsoft).
4) Prices and Payment Terms
Unless otherwise explicitly detailed in our product specifications, the stated prices represent total prices. Because our Goods are delivered digitally, no shipping costs apply.
Authorized payment methods (including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal) are processed via secure encryption protocols and communicated during checkout.
5) Liability and Jurisdiction
Sorted Keys LLC shall not assume any liability for data loss during IT deployment, server downtime, necessary repair measures, or systemic issues arising from the installation of the provisioned software.
These Terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The place of exclusive jurisdiction for any and all disputes arising from or in connection with contracts governed by these Terms shall be the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.
